- 1 tsp baking powder
- tsp salt
- cup sugar
- 2 large eggs

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius while greasing a 12-cup muffin tray. In a medium bowl, pour and stir the dry ingredients while separately whisking the liquids. Pour into the dry ingredients and fold until the mixture is combined. Separate the mixture into the four bowls and add the various food colouring to each bowl; ensure that it is mixed through. Use a teaspoon to scoop the batter into the tray, delicately layering the mixture. Pop them into the oven for ten minutes and voila! You have your rainbow treats. Finish them off with a dollop of vanilla icing and you're ready to welcome in the new season with lively and delicious treats.
Kiddies love to experiment and play with various items of texture and colour. The brighter and more gooey the item, the higher the chances are that a little one's interest will peak. All you need is liquid starch, school glue and food colouring. Get your kids to help with the process of making the slime, as they will enjoy every step as this activity is all about getting messy! Forget about nasty stain removal and blotches – all you need is an effective detergent in your arsenal and you can focus on making memories. Set out a large baking tray or painting tray, lay out some newspapers and combine equal parts of liquid starch and school glue. Keep mixing the mixture with your hands – the more hands in the concoction, the better! Mix well to combine; once the mixture no longer separates, divide it into various lumps and add your desired colouring. Mix well and then combine the various lumps to create a rainbow effect.
